When you contact DAG AI, we collect your email address, your selected area of interest, and any note you choose to include. We use these details to review your inquiry and respond to you.

Your newsletter choice

Newsletter signup is selected on the inquiry form. You can uncheck it and still contact us. If you leave it selected, we record your request and the wording you agreed to. A recorded request does not mean a subscription has been activated. If a separate confirmation is needed, we’ll explain the next step. You can withdraw your request or unsubscribe at any time.

Where your information goes

Inquiries are stored privately using our website hosting infrastructure, provided by Cloudflare. Authorized company operators can review them. Zoho Mail handles our company email correspondence. If inquiry notifications are enabled, Zoho also processes those notifications. We do not sell your inquiry information.

We keep inquiry information for handling your request and any resulting business relationship. We review retention when the information is no longer needed. We may retain records where necessary for legal obligations or resolving a dispute.

Site operation

Our hosting infrastructure may process connection and security information. The form uses a short-lived, hashed connection identifier to limit automated submissions. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referral sources, and site performance. It does not use analytics cookies or track individual visitors across websites. We do not use advertising trackers. We do not send inquiry form contents to Web Analytics.

Questions or requests

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the information you shared, or withdraw a newsletter request. Select “Privacy request” on our inquiry form. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
